Production of Gold Leaf

Melting Top...

Accoring to client's need,we melt compound mental of different gold purity in high temperature.

Pouring compound mental which is melted into the mould.

Rolling Top...

	After we take out compound mentals from the mould,we change the mentals' length and width gradually by beating them.
	We roll the shaping bullion into thin foil as far as possible by rolling machine.

Beating Top...

	Divide, roast, cut, and weigh the thin foil.
	Put the foils which were cut on glassine papers.
	Commence the first time beating, we make the alloyed foils to become gold leaves in specific thickness.

Move the gold leaves beaten once into the glassine papers which are prepared for second time beating and process.

Professional technicians start second time beating.

Interleaving Top...

Professional technicians remove finished gold leaves, which are beaten for twice, smoothly from glassine papers with goose feather to wrapping papers.

Cutting Top...

According to your needs, we will cut gold leaves into products in different size and model.
